Community Patrols of New Zealand

Community Patrols of New Zealand (CPNZ) is dedicated to helping build safer communities in partnership with NZ Police and other organisations. Everyday people who are trained to know what to look out for as they act as extra “eyes and ears” for New Zealand Police.

CAB aims to help people know and understand their rights and obligations and how to use this information to get the best outcomes, provide people with the confidence and support they need to take action, and work for positive social change within communities and wider society. The service is free and independent.

Hauraki Plains Community Hub exists to create sustainable, vibrant, social-oriented community services, club sport and recreation for residents and visitors.

Paeroa Budgeting Services

Paeroa Budgeting Service is run by the Paeroa Community Support Trust. Its aim is to provide budgeting advice and financial mentoring to support members of the community in their financial journey.

Operates from two centres, the Hauraki Resource Centre and the Carehouse, which provides resources, support, programmes, and services to meet the needs of the Paeroa community and surrounding areas.

Hauraki Māori Trust Board provides quality social services that contribute to achieving positive outcomes for whānau and our local communities. Grants are available.
