Hauraki District Council – Voices behind the uniform ANZAC stories
Voices behind the uniform is an ANZAC Day Commemoration series of six episodes presented by Mark Wright that can be viewed on the Hauraki District Council YouTube channel. The series tells the stories of local RSA servicemen and what the ANZAC spirit means to them. It was filmed in the Waihī and Paeroa RSA's, with footage from the 2021 Ngātea street parade and service.
The Ōhinemuri Regional History Journal
The Ōhinemuri Regional History Journal (ORHJ) was published between 1964 and 2012 by the Historical Section Waihī Arts Centre and Museum Association (Inc.) and Paeroa & District Historical Society District History Museum. It can be viewed in the National Library catalogue.
Hauraki Māori Trust Board – Digital library collection
The Hauraki Māori Trust Board site features a section called 'Our Stories, Our Places' where digitised versions of documentation presented to the Waitangi Tribunal, photos, board publications and resources and kaumātua interviews and stories can be viewed.

Waihī Museum operates as a place for the collection, display and preservation of items of historical interest to the Waihī district and have a family history research facility.
Paeroa Historical Maritime Park
The Paeroa Historical Maritime Park holds a collection of Maritime history relating to Paeroa and district, including being the resting place of P.S Kopu which was built in 1897.
Te Whare Pātaka | The Treasury Research Centre and Archive – Coromandel and Hauraki paper-based records
Housed in the Thames Carnegie Library built in 1905, Te Whare Pātaka | The Treasury Research Centre and Archive collects and preserves paper-based records of the history of the people, organisations and businesses from the entire Coromandel Peninsula and Hauraki including Paeroa, Waihī, and the Hauraki Plains.
Paeroa and District Historical Society Museum
Paeroa and District Historical Society Museum includes photographs, newspapers and journals, artefacts and a display of shops c.1910. The museum carries an extensive photographic display and complete issues of the Paeroa Gazette from 1896 to 1996, as well as supporting books and magazines, and its own annual publication 'The Ohinemuri Regional Historical Journal'.
