Paeroa Meeting Room

  • Available for bookings Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) 10:00am to 4:30pm.
  • The room can accommodate up to 12 people.
  • Includes chairs and tables.
  • Kitchenette available with tea and coffee making facilities (BYO coffee, tea, sugar, milk, etc).
  • Cost is $10 per hour for non-profit groups and $20 per hour for businesses - payable on the day.
  • Please note: Due to the location of this meeting room, it is not soundproof. If your meeting is confidential, please be mindful of how loudly you talk.

Waihī Meeting Room

  • Available for bookings Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) 10:00am to 4:30pm.
  • The room can accommodate up to 15 people.
  • Includes chairs and tables.
  • No kitchenette available, however a hot water urn is available on request.
  • Cost is $10 per hour for non-profit groups and $20 per hour for businesses - payable on the day.
  • Please note: Due to the location of this meeting room, it is not soundproof. If your meeting is confidential, please be mindful of how loudly you talk.
